For our Purchasing department, we are immediately looking for Product Data Assistant

As Product Data Assistant, together with the Product Data Specialists team, you are responsible for managing and coordinating product data in various systems, in the broadest sense of the word. Together with the Purchase team, you will contribute to a well-functioning team to get and keep all product data for all systems in order. You will be trained internally for this position.

What will you be doing?

• Collection and processing of product data for in-and external customers,
• Input and maintenance of product data in data systems AX dynamic< GS1 & PIMcore (Product Information Management System),
• Thinking along on how to make product data available to all users, expand and improve,
• Independently resolving issues and making improvement proposals,
• The team is a link between different departments. You have an active role in this.

Who are we looking for?

Someone who loves solving puzzles and data management!

• Completed mbo education with approx. 2 years of work experience
• Good command of the Dutch and English languages, both verbally and in writing
• Experienced in using MS Office Excel is a must
• Experience with PIM systems is an advantage
• You like working in a process-oriented way, hectic and dynamic, but stay sharp on details. You take immediate action if you see that something is not right in the system
• Available full-time (40 hours) per week
